  • ACCESSIBLE GATES 
    • All entries at Legacy Arena are ADA accessible. We highly suggest entering Entry A, or using the drop-off area at Entry B. In effort to help guests enter the closest gate to their ticketed seats, please see below for the recommended gate entrances for each seating section – 
      • Entry A: Seating Sections – 101-105, 122-132, 201-205, 222-226, Club Level  (227-232)
      • Entry A2: Seating Sections – Exclusive entrance only for Suite level guests
      • Entry B: Seating Sections – 106-121, 206-221
      • Entry B2: Exclusive entrance only for Arena Club Passes 
  • ACCESSIBLE PARKING & DROPOFF LOCATIONS 
    • Entry B has a drop-off zone (located at P2 parking lot). Guests are encouraged to check each event’s Know Before You Go prior to arriving on event day for suggested parking. 
  • ACCESSIBLE PARKING
    • The Orange Lot and Blue Parking Garage are recommended for accessible parking spaces. Accessible parking spaces are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. 
  • ACCESSIBLE RESTROOMS 
    • Accessible stalls are provided in every restroom location, on all levels of Legacy Arena.
  • ACCESSIBLE SEATING & TICKETING INFORMATION 
    • Wheelchair accessible seating is located in various sections throughout Legacy Arena. ADA Seating in Legacy Arena is located on the back row of Sections 101, 103, 105, 107, 109, 111, 113, 114, 115, 117, 119, 121, 123, 125, 127, 129, & 130. Guests purchasing a ticket for an accessible seat may also purchase companion seats. 
  • ACCESSIBLE SEATING RELOCATION POLICY
    • If you have purchased a ticket that is not designated as an accessible seating location but you are in need of such, please visit the Guest Services Desk in the Entry A Lobby for assistance. They will be able to assist with relocating your seat. All ADA seats may be purchased in advance via Ticketmaster.com or through Ticketmaster Customer Service line at 1-800-653-8000. 
  • INTERPRETER SERVICES 
    • Requests for interpretation services should be made at least thirty (30) business days prior to an event. The ADA Facilitator may be unable to fill translation requests if made less than thirty (30) business days in advance of an event. Please contact [email protected]
  • SERVICE ANIMALS 
    • Trained guide dogs, signal dogs, or service animals assisting guests with disabilities are permitted inside the Arena. Please identify such animals to ticket takers upon entry. 
  • WHEELCHAIRS 
    • As Legacy Arena wheelchair inventory is limited for patient transport in emergency responses, guests requiring mobility assistance should make arrangements to provide their own wheelchairs.

AGE RESTRICTIONS

Please check the your upcoming event for any age restrictions, which could include: all ages need a ticket, ages 2 and under free, event is 18+, etc.

ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES

Guests will be asked to show their valid ID when purchasing alcohol. Alcohol services will end during sporting events after the 3rd Quarter, and 30 minutes before a show is scheduled to complete. Please drink responsibly.

ARENA CLUB PASSES

The Arena Club is an exclusive area for attendees to gain early entry (half hour prior to general doors opening) through a private entrance, access to Arena Club bar, lounge and restrooms, premium concessions, and access to the Arena Club throughout your event. Prices start at $25. 

Attendees do not have to purchase an Arena Club Pass to gain entry to the regular event; this is a featured add-on to your event ticket. Not all events will offer Arena Club passes. View available Arena Club Passes on Ticketmaster or on your specific Events page listing.

This is not your event ticket. You must have an event ticket to enter the venue.

BANNERS/SIGNS/FLAGS

Unless otherwise specified by teams and/or event officials/management, BJCC welcomes patrons bringing small signs, flags, banners, and posters inside the building to show fan support during events. 

The following guidelines relate to these items: 

  • Item must be related to event 
  • Item may not be attached to a stick/pole 
  • Item may not be larger than 11″ x 17″ in dimension 
  • Item may not obstruct any sponsor/advertiser signage 
  • Item may not be hung, attached, or displayed on any part of the building 
  • Item may not contain or display obscene/offensive language and/or pictures, as determined by Arena management
  • Item may not be constructed or displayed in a manner that may obstruct the view of other patrons or in any way create a safety hazard for others as determined by Arena management.

CASHLESS

Legacy Arena is a cashless operation including all concessions, merchandise, and parking. Cash will not be accepted as a form of payment at any parking, retail, or concession locations within the Arena. 

CATERING

Centerplate is the exclusive caterer and concession provider for Legacy Arena and the BJCC Complex.   

CENTRAL TICKETING OFFICE

The BJCC Central Ticketing Office (CTO) is located on the ground level at Entry A of Legacy Arena on 9th Avenue N. Guests must enter through the outside Ticket Office entry. CTO hours are Monday – Friday from 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM*.

CHILDREN'S TICKET POLICY

Children’s ticket policy is at the discretion of Show Management. For information about children’s ticket policy for an event, please refer to the Events page for your event’s information. 

CODE OF CONDUCT

The Legacy Arena Management and Staff are committed to creating a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for all. Any conduct detrimental to the safe and proper operation of an event such as, but not limited to, abusive language, threats, assault, vandalism, theft, and all other inappropriate actions will result in immediate eviction from the premises or arrest and prosecution as appropriate. Patrons are encouraged to report all such behavior to any Legacy Arena team member. 

The following behaviors or activities are causes for eviction from the Legacy Arena: 

  • Failing to comply with arena policies 
  • Use of profanity or unacceptable language of any type 
  • Possession of illegal or unauthorized items 
  • Inappropriate or offensive attire 
  • Public intoxication 
  • Any attempt to alter or modify the existing pod seating system in the Arena 
  • Entering or attempting to enter any “off limit” area such as stage area, backstage, or restroom of the opposite sex 
  • Fighting or instigating a physical or verbal altercation 
  • Verbally abusing, threatening, or intimidating other patrons or building employees 
  • Throwing objects of any type 
  • Possession of stolen or counterfeit tickets 
  • Possession of any unauthorized banners or signs 
  • Attempted resale of tickets 

Any other conduct deemed inappropriate by Venue Management will also result in eviction.

Diaper bags are allowed in Legacy Arena. Please be aware bags will go through a security screening and bag check before entering the venue. If medical items are included, please alert a security member to have your bag searched and tagged as a ‘medical bag.’

When traveling for an event, we suggest downloading the Waze app and inputting the parking lot/garage address into the destination location for the most efficient route to your destination. Waze is the recommended GPS program because it contains updated event day traffic plans and street closures, providing you with accurate directions and real-time traffic alerts.

DOOR OPENINGS & ENTRANCE TIMES

In the days leading up to an event, be on the lookout for the “Know Before You Go” e-mail that includes specific event day information and details. The “Know Before You Go” e-mail will help you prepare for the event!  

Doors are scheduled to open one (1) hour before stated event start time and is subject to change. Please refer to the Events page for information and updates on your upcoming event. 

DRONES

Drones, model aircraft, kites, and any other remote controlled or tethered flying objects are not permitted on the BJCC Complex

DROP-OFF & PICKUP LOCATIONS

Drop-off and pickup locations are on a per event basis. Accessible drop-off areas are at Entry B and Entry A2 (this is the exclusive Suite entry). Please check the Events page for more information on your upcoming event.

Legacy Arena emergency exits are located behind Sections 101 and 116. Please follow security instruction in the case of an emergency.

ENTRANCES

There are four (4) entrances at Legacy Arena.

Entry A is the main entry, just off of 19th St N, facing the interstate and City Walk. This entry includes Guest Services, stairs/escalators to the main concourse, and a ramp to elevators and floor seating.

The Central Ticketing Office (CTO) doors are located to the right of Entry A. The CTO entry also faces the interstate and City Walk. Visit the CTO page for daily and event hours.

Entry A2 is on 19th St N. It is the suite ticket holder entry, as well as an accessible drop-off zone.

Entry B is north of Entry A2. This entry is accessible via 19th St N, as well as stairs and accessible ramp from the Piazza. Guests will immediately enter the main concourse through this entry.

Entry B2 is the Arena Club entry. Guests must have an Arena Club Pass and event ticket to enter. This entry sometimes serves as a general admission/pit ticket entry. This entry is accessible via 19th Street N and the Piazza.

FAMILY RESTROOMS

Family restrooms are located throughout the Concourse, Suite level, and Club Level.

FAN INTERFERENCE

In the interest of player and guest safety, Legacy Arena maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding fan interference with a ball in play or a player during the game. Failure to comply with this policy will result in immediate ejection from Legacy Arena. 

FAN MAIL

Legacy Arena/BJCC does not accept fan mail on behalf of any event, athlete, or performer.

FIRST AID

Trained emergency medical technicians (EMT) personnel are available to assist any guest in need at every event at Legacy Arena. The First Aid office is located in the Entry A Lobby off the floor ramp. In addition, the BJCC is equipped with Automatic External Defibrillators (AED) located in various locations throughout the facility. Designated employees, including our EMT staff, have been properly trained and certified to use the AED. In the event of a medical emergency, contact a member of our event staff for assistance. 

FOOD & BEVERAGE

Outside food and beverages of any kind are prohibited. 

Legacy Arena offers a wide variety of food and beverage (non-alcoholic and alcoholic) choices. Concession favorites are offered along with a variety of other selections from specialty vendors.

Legacy Arena is home to a professional sports teams and hosts numerous events year-round. Due to our event schedule, tours of the Arena are extremely limited. Please fill out this form and a BJCC representative will be in contact regarding tour availability.

LOST & FOUND

For lost and found information during an event, patrons should visit Guest Services located in the Entry A Lobby of Legacy Arena. After the conclusion of an event, guests can inquire about lost items by emailing lost&[email protected] or filling out this form.

Once a lost and found form is submitted, please allow one (1) business day for a response. Guests will only receive an email if the missing item is found.

METAL DETECTORS

All guests will be subject to security screening prior to entry inside Legacy Arena along with inspection of all approved clear bags and carry-in items. Security staff will utilize walk-through magnetometers, and/or handheld metal detectors to screen all guests at security checkpoints. Guests are asked to form single file lines and continue walking through detectors. If further screening is necessary, security staff will alert the guest. Please have all bags open for security staff and be prepared to remove any item from inside the bag if requested for closer inspection. Guests electing not to consent to the metal detector screening or a bag search will be denied entry. 

MILITARY DISCOUNT TICKETS

Military discount tickets are available per event. Please check your event’s ticketing information or contact the Central Ticketing Office at [email protected] for military discount availability.  

MOBILE TICKETING

To avoid reliance on cell tower connectivity during times of peak traffic on event day, be sure to save your tickets to your phone’s Apple Wallet or Google Pay in advance of event day for the quickest and easiest entry process. Screenshots or recordings of tickets are not valid for entry. To improve the event day experience and speed up the entry experience, we recommend you individually transfer tickets to the rest of your group before the day of the event.

Rooms for Nursing Mothers can be found on the Main Concourse Level at the women’s restroom behind Section 130, as well as on the Suite and Club Level floors.

BJCC parking lots are card only.

For events at Legacy Arena, we suggest parking in Orange, Purple, Yellow, and Blue.

POLICE & SECURITY

Jefferson County Sheriff’s Department will provide venue security for the events within the BJCC. Follow BJCC campus policies and procedures.

PREMIER PARKING

Premier Parking is parking that is available to pre-purchase for Legacy Arena events. Premier Parking is located in the Orange Lot on 19th Street, across from the Arena. Premier Parking is $30.

You do not have to purchase Premier Parking for an event; other BJCC lots will be open to pay to park day of event.

PREMIUM SEATING

Arena Club Level seating is located in the upper bowl seating. Guests will be given a wristband upon accessing the escalator and/or elevator to the Arena Club Level. Guests will have access to a bar, their own restrooms, and elevators to travel to and from the Main Concourse.

Suite Level seating is located between the Main Concourse and Arena Club Level. Guests will have one entry point at Entry A2, and must receive a wristband to have access to their Suite. Please contact your Arena Suite contact for more information.

SMOKING POLICY

Legacy Arena is a non-smoking facility. All guests are prohibited from smoking (including electronic cigarettes, vaporizers, or similar products) inside and outside of the Arena perimeter at any time.

There is a large stairway and escalators located in the Entry A Lobby to allow guests to access the Main Concourse.

Guests will need to take stairs or the ADA ramp from 19th St N / Entry B to access the Piazza and Entry B2.

TICKETS DUPLICATES

Patrons with illegally duplicated tickets will not be allowed entry into Legacy Arena. 

TICKET ISSUES

For ticket-related problems prior to entering the Arena, patrons should proceed directly to the nearest open ticket window location at the CTO.  

For ticket-related problems encountered inside of the Arena, patrons should visit the Guest Services Desk located in the Entry A Lobby. 

TICKET REFUNDS

There are no ticket refunds unless the date and/or time of the event has been changed. All refunds are processed at the point of purchase.

TICKET RESELLING

THE BJCC IS A TICKETMASTER EXCLUSIVE VENUE 

We can only honor event tickets purchased directly through Ticketmaster. Tickets bought from individuals or third party sites (StubHub, Vivid Seats, Seat Geek, etc.) may not be valid. If you purchase tickets through those sites or individuals you risk purchasing invalid tickets. To guarantee that your ticket be honored, you must purchase through Ticketmaster online. For Ticketmaster customer service, contact (800) 653-8000. 

Why can’t I buy from somewhere else?
If there is a problem with your ticket, the only way that we can look it up in the ticketing system is if it was purchased from Ticketmaster. You must be able to show identification that matches the name on the ticket, show the account number that was used to purchase the ticket or show the credit card that was used for purchase. It is possible for the purchaser of valid tickets to transfer them to another buyer through Ticketmaster.com or the Ticketmaster app.

Legacy Arena wheelchair inventory is limited for patient transport in emergency responses. Guests requiring mobility assistance should make arrangements to provide their own wheelchairs.

Legacy Arena Will Call is located at the BJCC Central Ticketing Office, located at Entry A of the Arena. A photo ID of the person who placed the order is required to receive the ticket.
